If you are not satisfied with any cataloged product purchased from us, simply notify us within 60 days from the date your order is received. If you wish to return the product, we will arrange for replacement or refund. You must be satisfied!
Opening An Account
Open credit is available to schools, hospitals and government agencies. Others interested in opening an account should fill out our credit application, and mail or Fax (1-800-544-3239) it to YOUNGS. You may also send a check or money order in advance if you do not wish to open an account
We accept IMPAC cards and can ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Payment is net 30 days in U.S. dollars, drawn on a US bank. Payments may also be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. You may also send a check or money order in advance.
Prices are the net selling prices in effect at the time of issuance of the most current catalog(s). All shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.
Extra-large quantities or other factors may permit YOUNGS to quote special prices on a direct bid. We request that you add YOUNGS to the list of companies invited to bid.
All sales, use and excise taxes required by federal, state or local government will be paid by the customer.
Confirming Your Order
If you send us a CONFIRMING purchase order, please mark it "CONFIRMING". We may not catch duplicate orders unless they are marked in this manner.
All deliveries are made by United Parcel Service or common carrier. Youngs will ship by the most economical method whenever possible. All shipping and handling charges will be prepaid and added to the customer's invoice.

Your order will be shipped by the most efficient and economical means FOB Souderton, PA or factory, at the discretion of Youngs. Orders that are too bulky and/or heavy to be shipped via UPS must be sent by truck.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Please include your broker's name, if you have one, with your order.
To Change Or Cancel An Order
You can change or cancel your order for any cataloged item before it is shipped. A special order for non-cataloged items cannot be changed or canceled after the order has been processed, nor can a special order be returned.
For your protection, please inspect the shipment before signing the freight bill. If the shipment is damaged, note the damage on the freight bill and immediately file a claim with the carrier. Title to merchandise passes to the consignee when the transportation company accepts the merchandise, and the carrier is the agent for the consignee thereafter.

Please telephone, write, FAX or E-mail Youngs for authorization and shipping instructions before returning merchandise. All returns must be sent prepaid.
